I typically don’t give reviews, however, when credit is due, I will. From the very beginning of scheduling to the services rendered, everyone was polite & professional. I am highly satisfied and would definitely recommend if you are looking for carpet cleaning or house cleaning. Thank you Triple D’s for your prompt, courteous service.

The young man that came to my residence was polite and professional. Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with the results and felt unsure from the very beginning if he can do a good job. I called and spoke with a manager concerning my worries, but I still wasn't confident in her answers. Once the job was completed and when I returned home. I was dissatisfied. I called back and spoke with the manager and was told it's a possibility I will have to wait 30 days for a redue. I wasn't able to speak with the owner. I received no apology or reassurance that this will be resolved immediately. I was not rude or disrespectful to the manager over the phone conversations. But she no longer wanted to hear from me and decided to disconnect the call. I have never experienced such treatment like this before from someone in a professional business.

They came and clean my carpet maybe 2 years ago and I call them and told them they didn’t clean my carpet good at all they didn’t do a good job at all carpet still looked like it was dirty and all I went to someone else and they did I wonderful get job I wouldn’t recommend this place at all bad business
